ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced that the application of Imran Khan, the founder of the party imprisoned in Adiala Jail, for the chancellorship of Oxford University 2024 has been submitted as per his instructions.

Submitted Imran Khan's application for Chancellorship of Oxford University
PTI leader Zulfi Bukhari in a statement on the social networking website X said that his application for the chancellorship of Oxford University 2024 has been submitted on the instructions of Imran Khan.
Zulfi Bukhari said that we are determined to get everyone's support for this historic campaign.
Earlier, Imran Khan served as Chancellor of the University of Bradford from 2005 to 2014.
Imran Khan, the former captain of the Pakistan cricket team, is himself a graduate of Oxford University, but he is currently imprisoned in Adiala Jail in corruption and other cases and applications for bail have been filed.
Imran Khan is denying all the cases filed against him as false, but he is facing Tosha Khana case, 190 million pounds corruption case and other cases.
Imran Khan was removed from the prime ministership in April 2022 by a no-confidence motion, becoming the first prime minister in Pakistan's history to be removed from office by a no-confidence motion.
